Flat-fee legal services built for startups

We provide project-based legal support across the main areas startups need: company incorporation, corporate documents, fundraising, equity incentives, employment, commercial contracts and intellectual property.

This includes work such as founders' agreements, SAFEs, convertible notes, ESOP documentation, SaaS agreements, contractor agreements, NDAs and IP assignments.

We also support more complex transactions, including equity financing and M&A. The scope and pricing depend on the matter.

Nobody likes surprise legal bills. Especially founders managing a startup budget.

With a flat fee, we agree on the scope and price before work starts. You know what you're paying for, what you'll receive and what falls outside the engagement.

It also means we can focus on getting the work done rather than keeping the clock running.

For document-based projects, our standard fixed fee includes two rounds of drafting, unless we agree otherwise in your Engagement Letter.

The exact scope depends on the document and the matter. Additional revisions, substantial changes or negotiations beyond the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

We'll discuss that with you before proceeding.

Our professional fee covers the agreed scope of work.

Government fees, registration charges, third-party service providers, out-of-pocket expenses and applicable VAT are not included unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We'll let you know about additional costs in advance wherever possible.

That's fine. Startups rarely have just one legal question.

If something new comes up, we'll explain whether it falls within the existing engagement or requires additional work.

Where possible, we'll agree on a separate fixed fee before proceeding. If the work cannot reasonably be priced that way, we can agree on an hourly arrangement instead.

Flat fees work best when the scope is clear.

Some matters are difficult to predict from the start, particularly complex transactions or negotiations involving several parties. If the requirements change substantially, the original fee may no longer cover everything.

That's why we define the scope upfront and agree on any additional work before starting it.

Absolutely. You don't need a monthly subscription to work with us.
